The Senior Human Resources Generalist will oversee full-cycle recruiting and related HR activities. The Senior HR Generalist responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. The role requires developing long-term recruiting strategies and nurturing relationships with potential hires. Responsibilities also include facilitating New Hire Orientation sessions, preparing and maintaining new hire/general employee training packets, maintaining personnel records and files, processing changes in Lawson, organizing employee activities and in-services, and other duties as assigned. Requirements: Education/Experience:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field; HRCI PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a health care setting. Additional Requirements: Familiarity with social media, resume databases (such as Indeed or Monster) and professional networks Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Workday; Kronos-based systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within the organization About Universal Health Services
