Contract Role Interview Plan Seasonal Ambassador Seasonal Ambassadors at Lush are experts in product and brand knowledge, as well as providing exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations. Seasonal Ambassadors cultivate strong team relationships and contribute to overall shop excellence in both sales and operations. On the shop floor, they consistently surpass daily sales goals while creating a fun and inclusive team environment that keeps customers coming back for more. Whether it's providing personalized product recommendations or sharing your knowledge and expertise, you have the power to create a unique and memorable experience for every shopper. For our Seasonal Ambassadors, it's not just about selling soap it's about making a positive impact on the world, one bar at a time! Responsibilities Sales and Customer Experience:
Drive sales using insights from the StoreForce dashboard and feedback to exceed goals. Take ownership of results and contribute to the store's overall sales growth. Customer Experience:
Consistently deliver a world-class experience to every customer. Connect with customers, identify needs by listening and asking open-ended questions, demonstrate product benefits, and seek opportunities to make customers' day and leave the world Lusher than we found it. Building the Brand:
Educate customers on brand values including Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging. Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement to drive traffic and inspire others to join us. Product Passion:
Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on ingredients and benefits to confidently make informed recommendations.

Use Lush resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and increase sales. Take ownership of development, seek feedback, and pursue opportunities to improve. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB):

Follow Visual Merchandising guidelines and adjust product displays based on sales data. Policies and Procedures:
Follow opening/closing procedures, product integrity guidelines, respectful workplace standards, and health and safety requirements.
Qualifications
Required: Excellent customer service skills Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred: Experience with consultation-based customer service Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations Experience working in a team environment Experience in skincare or cosmetics Experience in DEIB or social justice background Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
Pay:
