Job Title
Serve as an expert who provides technical leadership in the design, development, and delivery of technology-enabled applications, products, and services. Provide solutions to business requirements or technical issues and is responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day software development aspects along with the IT Development Manager. Responsible for learning the full duties of the Development Team and work with them to accomplish necessary tasks. Liaise with the PMO, Architecture, QA, and Product Management Teams. Drive Development component of Agile Scrum Teams and clear obstacles by collaborating with other teams. Develop applications, data integrations and technology solutions. Create Design and Technical Specs from Business specs, provide Technical guidance and mentor to Developers and Sr. Developers. Lead and participate in code reviews, collaborate with fellow developers and architects. Collaborate with Project Manager, Product Manager, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Quality Analysts, Configuration Manager, and other software developers during the delivery of projects. Job located in Brentwood, TN and any unanticipated locations throughout the US. $140,920 to $159,723 /year. Requirements: Minimum of a bachelors degree or foreign degree equivalent in electronics and communication engineering, electronics engineering, computer science, or related field of study and a minimum of five years of experience in job offered or as a Software Engineer.
