We are seeking Sophomores, Juniors and rising Seniors for Spring Co-ops within the Enterprise Quality organization. The position offers a hybrid model: report on site three times a week and work remotely two times a week. If selected, you will work with your manager to confirm your exact schedule. Responsibilities
Improve your industry knowledge through open forum conversations with senior company leaders and shadowing EQ personnel. Work in a fast-paced environment within an internship program focused on developing analysts who can pursue careers across pharmaceutical and medical device businesses. Build or improve your personal brand through skills-building workshops and networking mixers. Present learnings and development experiences to leadership. Support our local communities through community activities. What you will analyze and do
Digital Product Analysis:
Understand and analyze end-to-end business processes and translate needs into digital solutions by building product backlogs as user stories. Data Collection & Management:
Collect, clean, and prepare datasets from databases, APIs, and spreadsheets. Data Analysis:
Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify patterns, correlations, and insights. Reporting:
Develop visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders. Automation:
Create automated data workflows using Python, R, or SQL. Support Decision-Making:
Analyze data to support business decisions and initiatives. Collaboration:
Work with QA-Ops, JJRC, finance and operations to understand data needs and provide insights. Continuous Process Improvement:
Document methodologies and results for reproducibility. Qualifications
Permanently authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship required now or in the future. Enrollment in an accredited college/university as an undergraduate sophomore or above by start date; Masters students must have earned undergraduate degree on or after June 2026. GPA 3.0 or higher. Pursuing a bachelor's or masters degree in science, communications, regulatory compliance, quality, finance, data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, engineering, or related field. Ability to clearly present data findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to break down problems and derive actionable insights. Understanding of statistical concepts such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and data distribution. Ability to work through challenges logically and deliver solutions efficiently. Ability to provide own transportation to the location daily. Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) for the whole term. Preferred Qualifications
Leadership and/or participation in campus or community service activities. Previous internship, co-op, or related experience. Basic proficiency in data analysis tools: Python, R, or SQL. Familiarity with AI/ML tools. Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies. Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Pay and Benefits
The anticipated base pay is between $23.00 and $51.50 per hour and depends on program year, discipline, degree, and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible for company benefits (medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, retirement plan) and housing stipend if eligible. The position is ineligible for severance.
