We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Manager to spearhead our organization's process improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence across all business functions. As a Process Manager, you will lead complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful implementation of process improvement initiatives without direct supervisory responsibilities. An Information Technology (IT) Process Manager focuses on optimizing and improving IT-related processes within an organization. This position will own and manage processes related to Demand Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management, Time Tracking, Resource Management or overall IT Administrative processes. The chosen candidate will own the full scope of the defined process for the CommonSpirit Health organization.
