Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager with 5-7 years of experience to support a large enterprise software initiative. This mid-level PM will oversee assigned workstreams, such as data conversion, system integration, infrastructure, or legacy system retirement, ensuring alignment with the overall program led by the Senior Project Manager. The role requires strong organizational skills, experience coordinating cross-functional teams, and familiarity with Agile project delivery. Your role
Manage day-to-day project execution for assigned workstreams within a larger enterprise program. Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and dependencies across technical and vendor teams. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Track user stories, tasks, and risks using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools. Partner with engineering, operations, and security teams to ensure integrations and compliance requirements are addressed. Collaborate with vendors to monitor deliverables and performance against SLAs. Maintain project documentation including schedules, RAID logs, and lessons learned. Escalate risks or issues to senior leadership as needed to keep delivery on track. What you've got / Qualifications
5-7 years of IT project management experience, with exposure to enterprise software implementations. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies; Scrum experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems or similar enterprise applications. Proficiency with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or MS Project. Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field. PMP, CAPM, or CSM certification a plus.
