Commercial Data Analyst, PI
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Commercial Operations and Sales Strategy team within the growing Peripheral Interventions (PI) and Interventional Oncology (IO) markets. As a Commercial Data Analyst II, you will play an important role in developing and maintaining sales enablement tools and analytics that support a fast-paced field sales organization and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of reporting and insights that help sales leadership monitor performance, identify opportunities, and make informed business decisions. You will gain exposure to a variety of sales tools, technologies, and processes, while building valuable experience in commercial operations. Boston Scientific's PI and IO businesses are advancing science for life by building a strong portfolio of products and technologies to serve patients globally while providing physicians and hospital systems with innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and distributing sales analytics and reporting to assist field sales and leadership in tracking key performance indicators. Supporting the creation and maintenance of field sales organizational tools to monitor the overall health of the business. Building and maintaining datasets to improve efficiency in analysis and reporting. Assisting with the development of sales and operational tools to assess area, regional, customer, product, or seller trends. Monitoring sales performance and market trends to identify potential opportunities within and across product franchises. Collaborating with sales leadership and internal partners on projects that drive sales execution. Supporting process improvement efforts to increase efficiency and effectiveness of go-to-market strategies. Providing ad-hoc analytical support for business needs. Supporting the rollout and adoption of new technologies within the sales organization. Leveraging existing Boston Scientific technology to help enable the field sales organization. Qualifications: Required qualifications: BS/BA in Business, Data Analytics, or related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial operations, sales analytics, or data management. Working knowledge of analytical tools such as Tableau, SAS, Alteryx, or Salesforce.com Einstein. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to travel up to 10% domestically. Preferred qualifications: Experience within the medical device industry supporting a field sales organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment. Knowledge of data modeling techniques and reporting best practices. Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities against deadlines. Prior experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Sales Compensation, or Sales Enablement.
