As part of Lennar's Future Builders Program, the Technology Recent College Grad (RCG) positions will engage in significant projects leveraging next-gen technology to provide innovative solutions across the company, industry, and beyond. The program will facilitate participants' development of essential interpersonal and technical skills, and position associates for future career success and leadership opportunities. Participants will work alongside seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while contributing to impactful projects, and become immersed in Lennar's culture through onboarding (including a visit to a Lennar Community), hands-on training, and teambuilding. Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze security alerts from various sources, including security information and event management (SIEM) systems. Assist in conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks. Participate in eDiscovery processes by gathering and preserving digital evidence in response to legal or regulatory inquiries. Support the GRC team in documenting and maintaining compliance with security policies and regulations. Assist in incident response efforts, including the identification, containment, and remediation of security threats. Maintain and update cybersecurity documentation, including security procedures and guidelines. Requirements: Current senior graduating from a 4-year college or University within 1 year (preferred) Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar field (preferred) Must be authorized to work in the United States without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, including risk management, incident response, and vulnerability management. Familiarity with cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint protection solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with various technologies and develop skills for new tools, platforms, and digital workflows. Open to engagement in personal or professional development through learning opportunities (e.g., certifications, courses, professional networks). Verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal and customer service skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements: This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to work in excess of eight hours per day in the confined quarters of an office. Also requires the ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and/or carry items less than 50 poundsfinger dexterity in operating a computer keyboard and calculator. Office work involves sitting at a computer monitor for extended periods, completing paperwork, and handling phone messages. Standing is required for filing and copying.
