Description
Lead the successful commercialization of new products and cost savings for existing products.
Manage projects from idea conceptualization to market success.
Utilize the commercialization process and stage gate methodology.
Drive projects aligning with strategic objectives.
Maintain collaboration and alignment among cross-functional teams.
Communicate project progress and risks effectively.
Apply business and financial understanding for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead commercialization projects through the stage gate process.
Develop project schedules and manage risks and issues.
Foster collaboration in cross-functional teams.
Communicate updates and insights on project progress.
Guide project decision-making with financial acumen.
Resolve conflicts to benefit overall project objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, preferred in Supply Chain, Technical or Project Management.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
3 years of related experience in project management or product commercialization.
Knowledge of innovation tools, Stage Gate, and iterative development processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software preferred.
