Pay Range:$59.29-$84.70/Hrs
Description
Provide project-level support for complex direct service programs.
Support all aspects of project lifecycles including planning, design, execution, and delivery.
Develop and maintain templates and tools to track project progress.
Facilitate the collection of project information and manage dissemination of updates.
Monitor progress and status of deliverables, escalating issues or risks proactively.
Serve as a point of contact for various departments, agencies, and vendors.
Assist in planning and conducting trainings and creating required materials.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site support for project implementation and oversight.
Offer policy and operational support and develop strategies for service improvement.
Review and approve invoices, providing budgetary recommendations.
Qualifications
Experience with educational programs, educators, administrators, or case management staff.
Experience engaging with community service providers or non-profits.
Ability to work independently and lead change collaboratively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for various audiences.
Maintain accuracy, transparency, and accountability in all work.
Fluency in languages other than English, particularly Spanish.
3+ years of program/project management experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
