We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading and managing multiple construction projects at once. This role requires excellent communication skills, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills in order to be successful.

Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years as a PM
- Education: Degree not required
- Client Type: Most are negotiated or past clients, not hard bid
- Project Manager facilitates and manages the overall project schedules and financial requirements for assigned projects for success and profitability.
- Assist with preconstruction efforts i.e. bid packages, trade buyouts and development, execution and management of subcontracts
- Oversee project execution, field staff and resources, and develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and A/E disciplines.
- Develop, update and manage overall baseline schedule.
- Manage and lead all project meetings from preconstruction and construction progress through project completion.
- Establish QA/QC initiatives and procedures for compliance with specifications
- Perform cost management and forecasting on a monthly basis
- Maintain a safe and injury-free work environment
- Document and manage construction change process for cost and/or schedule impacts with client.
- Other job duties as assigned
- Employee may be required to work extended hours (more than 8 hours per day), weekends, and holidays. Employees will be compensated based on guidelines in the Fair Labor Standards Act.
- Strong leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills, and excellent written and oral talents.
- Familiar working knowledge of AutoDesk Build (PlanGrid), Microsoft Office Products, and Primavera P6
- This is a safety-sensitive position; the candidate must complete and pass a background check and a ten-panel drug/alcohol testing
