We strive to keep the small company feeling while reaching users worldwide. Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. The Senior IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring system stability, security, and efficiency. This role requires deep technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills. The individual will work closely with the IT Manager on various projects for our growing company. Duties and Responsibilities Administer and maintain enterprise computer systems, servers, network infrastructure, storage, and virtualization environments. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and develop strategies for improvement. Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data from cyber threats. Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal disruption. Document IT systems, configurations, and procedures. Collaborate with IT teams on projects, evaluate new technologies. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Provide technical guidance, educate team members, and manage projects. Leverage physical, virtual, or cloud-based systems for infrastructure provisioning and automation. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration managing enterprise systems and networks. Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments, Active Directory, VMware, SQL, and networking. Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure is desirable. Strong troubleshooting skills and solution implementation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, VCP, CCNA). Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and develop professionally. Additional skills like scripting, Okta, MFA, virtual networking, VOIP are a plus. Additional Information Maintains a valid Driver's License. Must pass background checks. Physical ability to use computer equipment, lift up to 25 lbs, and work at long periods of sitting or standing. Exposure to moderate noise levels. Benefits Medical, dental, vision insurance.
