Program Integrator (PI) 3

will support program managers, initiative leads, and PEO leadership by monitoring and reporting on the health of programs, initiatives, and portfolios. Responsibilities include analyzing contracts and government activities to identify cost, schedule, and performance concerns, and assisting in responding to Investment Portfolio actions and producing execution reports. The role involves drafting acquisition and program documents such as TTOs, SOWs, PMPs, Risk Management Plans, schedules, CICA memorandums, and Acquisition Strategies. Preparing presentations to report findings and program status is also required. Job Description: Agency program management support Developing and maintaining program requirements with stakeholders Facilitating program budget development and burn analysis Completing PIPO/IP actions with stakeholders Managing various program schedules Role Description: Providing acquisition support by analyzing financial reports, liaising with GCMs, and developing analysis and recommendations for GPMs Reporting on program elements and assisting resource planning and tracking Developing program documentation and schedules, tracking status, and evaluating operational and technical options Supporting GPMs to ensure execution within cost, schedule, and performance baselines using tools like MS Excel Attending contract reviews, producing reports, and assisting in program decision-making Performing data analysis and creating reports on program funding, costs, and staffing Qualifications include: 12 years of experience in DoD/IC program, contract, or financial management Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience with certifications Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel What we Offer: Competitive benefits including 401(k) with matching, health savings account, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and more Annual STEM and Jacquelyn Tate Memorial Scholarships Salary range: $115,800 - $177,700 Who is BCT?
