3 years of IT leadership experience on one or more project teams. Oversee full SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle 75% Waterfall / 25% Agile Experience with CMMI-DEV (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and EVM (Earned Value Management) Healthcare / Medicare / Medicaid IT Project Management experience is required. Background in Healthcare / Medicare is essential. Active PMP certification is highly preferred. Candidates actively working towards PMP are acceptable. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and schedule management. Alignment with PMO Framework Managing 2-3 projects simultaneously Develop schedules in MS Project Track developer progress and schedule/cost variances SAFe Training & Certification Candidates with wireless background (e.g., AT&T, Verizon) are not suitable, as experience does not translate to this role. Highlight specific projects related to SDLC, schedule, cost, or earned value management experience. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and understanding technical components and integration. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Coordinate, report, and ensure stability of project efforts. Manage smaller, less complex projects with minimal system and customer impact. Follow project management methodologies to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Monitor daily project plans and assignments, escalate issues, track milestones, and adjust plans accordingly. Lead projects from inception to final acceptance and implementation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
