Non-work-at-home position, with flexible hours between 7:30-8:30 am based on business needs. May require >40 hrs/week for some projects.
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of job-related work experience, or 2 years of job-related experience plus an associate's degree in any major. Required Work Experience:
3 years of IT experience in a leadership capacity on one or more project teams. Oversee full SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle 75% Waterfall / 25% Agile CMMI-DEV (Capability Maturity Model Integration) and EVM (Earned Value Management) experience. IT Project Management Healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid) experience. Background in Healthcare / Medicare is needed. Active PMP certification is highly preferred. Candidates who are actively working towards PMP can be considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and schedule management. PMO Framework Alignment Manage 2-3 projects simultaneously Develop schedules in MS Project Track developer progress, schedule, and cost variance SAFe Training & Certification No candidates with a wireless background (At&T, Verizon, etc.) as experience does not translate to this role. Highlight specific projects related to SDLC, schedule, cost, and earned value management experience. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making. Ability to understand technical components and integration. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project efforts. Manage smaller, less complex projects with minimal system and customer impacts. Follow project management processes to ensure timely delivery, within budget, high quality, and meet ISSM expectations. Monitor project plans, assignments, and work efforts daily. Ensure resource needs are appropriately assigned and escalate issues as needed. Track key milestones and adjust plans accordingly.
