General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our small consumer goods manufacturing business in Charlotte, NC. This role will have full ownership of the company’s Profit & Loss (P&L), driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient production, supply chain, and distribution processes. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Manage the company’s P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization. Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and profitability. Represent the business at the senior leadership level across the parent company, advocating for the business' priorities and capabilities. Qualifications: Must be conversational Spanish speaking Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred. 7+ years of leadership experience in consumer goods manufacturing or related industry. Proven track record of P&L ownership and driving financial performance. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
