General Manager
in the construction management/traffic controls industry with a strong background in operations, sales, and team development. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader, committed to advancing safety, operational excellence, and strategic growth across the division. Key Responsibilities Safety Leadership Champion safety initiatives by fostering a culture of compliance, awareness, and proactive risk management. Ensure all operational activities comply with or exceed safety regulations. Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance workplace safety standards. Operational Oversight Oversee all aspects of divisional operations, including sales, finance, human resources, and safety. Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across the division. Implement strategies that support budget objectives, sustainable growth, and long-term success. Strategic Planning Lead strategic planning processes focused on performance optimization and increased operational efficiency. Identify and execute process improvements to streamline workflows and minimize inefficiencies. Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing plans to boost revenue and grow market share. Establish and nurture strong client relationships to enhance customer retention and foster lasting partnerships. Inspire and coach team members through continuous feedback, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ongoing development across all teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with regional and corporate leaders to align divisional goals with overall company strategies and values.
