Position Summary:
As a Gutter Installation Specialist, you will oversee daily installation operations, ensuring successful on-site customer installations and the manufacturing and delivery of gutters for third-party contractors. You will operate company vehicles and gutter machinery under various field conditions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Travel to customer locations within your assigned territory to complete gutter installations Ensure daily installations improve location attainment and effectiveness Collaborate with LeafFilter teams and subcontractors for fabrication and installations Provide high-quality installations by adhering to training processes Communicate job progress and service issues with local office leadership Deliver an excellent customer service experience on-site Organize job documents for administrative purposes Follow safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies Execute any additional duties as assigned by your supervisor Experience and Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent education and experience 3+ years of experience in home construction, remodeling, or gutter installation Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a box truck Comfortable using ladders of varying heights Demonstrated attention to detail in the installation process Ability to train others using hands-on and documentation-based methods Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Experience working effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Must meet DOT physical criteria Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: Experience in gutter or gutter protection system installation, repair, or inspection is a plus Travel Requirements:
