You will be responsible for executing LeafFilter gutter protection installations under the direction of the Field Installation Lead and the installation management team. This includes collecting inventory, transporting materials, measuring and sizing products on-site, cleaning and realigning gutters, and setting up and cleaning the worksite. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Participate in single or multi-person installations as assigned. Address installation challenges through precise measuring, adjustments, and using basic hand and battery-operated tools. Travel within your assigned local area using a reliable personal vehicle to complete installations at customer locations. Complete installations daily to achieve effective location attainment. Follow installation training processes to ensure quality service. Deliver excellent customer service on the job site. Maintain company-provided ladders and standoffs. Provide all necessary tools and equipment to complete installations according to established guidelines. Adhere to safety rules, PPE policies, OSHA guidelines, and company safety procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Experience and Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation. Demonstrated quality and attention to detail in the installation process. Ability to manage multiple work activities and shift focus as needed. Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a proactive approach. Accountable and self-driven with a focus on goal achievement. Detail-oriented with the ability to find efficient pathways to task completion. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders. Ability to analyze problems logically, evaluate solutions, and identify errors. Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to job sites. Comfortable using ladders of varying heights. Must be legally authorized to work without employer sponsorship. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: Experience in gutter and/or gutter protection system installation, repair, or inspection preferred. Travel Requirements:

Local travel is required. Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:

May be asked to work overtime on evenings and weekends depending on business needs. Physical Requirements: Work in a field office, manufacturing, or construction environment.
