Estimator/Xactimate Writer
Roto-Rooter is seeking an experienced Estimator with insurance claims experience to join our fast-growing water restoration team at our Cincinnati branch location, located on the west side of Cincinnati. This is a full-time position with an hourly range of $20.00-$25.00, depending on experience.
Founded in 1935, Roto-Rooter is North America's largest plumbing, drain cleaning, and water cleanup services provider. Roto-Rooter operates businesses in over 100 company-owned branches, independent contractor territories, and approximately 400 independent franchise operations, serving approximately 90% of the U.S. population and parts of Canada.

Responsibilities
Use Xactimate estimating software to write detailed water restoration estimates for residential and commercial customers.
Maintain communication with customers and insurance adjusters.
Submit estimates to insurance companies for payment.
Follow established billing and collections procedures.
Requirements
Xactimate software and estimate writing experience is preferred.
Insurance claims experience is required.
Administrative billing & collections experience in the restoration or service industry is preferred.
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bilingual preferred, but not required.
Strong communication skills.
Driver’s License.
