Nationally recognized service company seeks an experienced

Claims Manager

to join our fast-growing Regional Water Restoration team.

This position will be based at our Corporate Home Office in downtown Cincinnati, OH.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000, depending on experience.

Also included with this position is company-paid parking at a nearby parking garage.

Responsibilities The primary role of the Water Restoration Sales Office Manager is to oversee the water restoration claims process in their assigned region, ensuring that claims are processed efficiently and in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations.

The Water Restoration Sales Office Manager collaborates with the Branch Management Team to drive sales of water restoration services.

Oversees the water restoration claims processes in the assigned region.

Ensures regional compliance with established KPI’s related to water restoration estimates and collections.

Supervise the performance of Claim Writers and accounts receivable collectors and provides job performance feedback to the branches.

Responsible for regional water restoration accounts receivable (AR) results as evaluated against established performance benchmarks.

Trains, supervises, and develops Claim Writers and Water Restoration AR personnel in the region on claim handling, company policies, and best practices.

Utilizes insurance policy knowledge of water restoration damage coverage to provide guidance on complex cases as needed.

Participates in region or branch-specific conference calls.

Requirements

This position requires limited travel for visits to branches within their assigned region.

Highly motivated, detail-oriented, able to work independently.

Prior supervisory experience required.

Outstanding organizational, time management, and follow-up skills

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Able to handle multiple projects at once

Strong communication skills and ability to work professionally with customers and the insurance industry

Bilingual a plus

Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC)

in WRT, ASD, and AMRT is preferred but not required.

Prior office experience.

Knowledge of Xactimate software is not required but a plus.

Minimum of 3-5 years of insurance or water restoration industry experience.
