SmartTalent is looking to hire a Janitor/Maintenance associate for a Large Food Manufacturer in Auburn, WA. Ideal candidates will be motivated to work full time and be able to follow strict GMP guidelines.

LOCATION:
Auburn, WA
SCHEDULE : Mon-Fri, 6am – 2:30pm
PAY:
$20

ABOUT THE JOB:
Janitor/Maintenance team member for a hybrid role that combines general facility upkeep with hands-on support for maintenance projects in a warehouse environment. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable operating power equipment. You'll assist with janitorial duties, warehouse maintenance, and special tasks as needed.
YOUR MAIN TASKS:
·Perform daily janitorial tasks including cleaning, trash removal, and restocking supplies
·Support maintenance team with repairs, facility upkeep, and project-based tasks
·Operate power equipment such as an electronic pallet jack and standing forklift
·Assist with moving equipment, supplies, and materials within the warehouse
·Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility
·Perform other duties as assigned by the maintenance supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·Experience operating an electronic pallet jack and/or standing forklift
·Previous janitorial or general maintenance experience a plus
·Comfortable working in a warehouse or industrial setting
·Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
·Strong attention to safety, detail, and cleanliness
·Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
·High school diploma or equivalent
