SmartTalent is looking to hire a Janitor/Maintenance associate for a Large Food Manufacturer in Auburn, WA. Ideal candidates will be motivated to work full time and be able to follow strict GMP guidelines.

• TITLE: Janitor/Maintenance
• LOCATION: Auburn, WA
• SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri, 6am – 2:30pm
• PAY: $20

Responsibilities

• Perform daily janitorial tasks including cleaning, trash removal, and restocking supplies
• Support maintenance team with repairs, facility upkeep, and project-based tasks
• Operate power equipment such as an electronic pallet jack and standing forklift
• Assist with moving equipment, supplies, and materials within the warehouse
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility
• Perform other duties as assigned by the maintenance supervisor

Qualifications

• Experience operating an electronic pallet jack and/or standing forklift
• Previous janitorial or general maintenance experience a plus
• Comfortable working in a warehouse or industrial setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and cleanliness
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
