Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary, but may include:
Collaborating with your HR leader to forecast talent and staffing requirements tailored to our business needs, ensuring that our team is equipped to meet guest expectations.
Leading targeted recruitment efforts to assist store leaders in onboarding candidates who possess the ideal skills and talents.
Identifying and supporting training opportunities for team members and leaders, advocating for continuous professional development.
Acting as a key resource for scheduling systems and payroll practices.
Being accessible and engaging with team members, addressing their concerns, and collaborating with leadership to implement necessary actions.
Executing all HR processes to enhance team member engagement and minimize workflow interruptions.
Additionally, your role involves ensuring compliance with company policies to protect team member experiences. You will be expected to create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests and assisting them as needed, demonstrating our commitment to customer satisfaction.
