Solar Laborer – Union City, PA (Outdoor Solar Farm Project)

Monday–Friday, potential for overtime Pay:

Per Diem Available: $100/day
Job Summary:
We are hiring
Solar Laborers
for a utility-scale
solar farm installation
project in Union City, PA, starting mid-October. This is a great opportunity to join a growing renewable energy project and gain hands-on experience in the solar industry.
Ideal candidates will be comfortable working
outdoors in various weather conditions , performing physically demanding tasks, and following strict safety protocols on a large-scale construction site.
Responsibilities:
Assist with
installation of solar racking, modules, and components
Load, unload, and move materials on-site
Follow direction from site supervisors and crew leads
Operate basic hand tools and follow site-specific procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow
all safety protocols and wear required PPE
Requirements:
Previous construction or solar experience a
plus , but
not required
Comfortable working
outdoors in all weather
conditions
Able to lift
50+lbs repeatedly , bend, kneel, and stand for long periods
Reliable transportation
to the Union City, PA job site
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to work overtime when required
Must adhere to
safety regulations and PPE guidelines
Qualifications:
OSHA 10 or 30 certification
Experience with solar farm or electrical construction
Familiarity with solar racking and ground-mount systems

Full-time, Monday–Friday 10hr shifts and potential Saturdays
