About the role:
We are seeking a full time solar installer that has roofing/construction experience. You will be working as part of a team to install 4-6 projects per week throughout Long Island and the boroughs.

Responsibilities:
Work under the direction of a foreman installing roof mounted solar photovoltaic systems
Finding roof rafters
Build racking system
Basic electric wiring of PV arrays
PVC bending and mounting
Qualifications and Skills:
MUST
have experience in roofing, carpentry, exterior home improvements, or general construction
MUST
be comfortable working on pitched roofs
Knows proper usage of harnesses and other safety gear
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Ability to ascend/descend a ladder and rooftop
Ability to work as part of a team
Driver License and reliable transportation is required- YOU ARE EXPECTED TO MEET ON THE JOBSITE EVERY MORNING
