Solarado Roofing & Solar – Northern California Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Growth Opportunity
Join a rapidly growing solar and roofing company serving commercial and residential clients across Northern California. We are looking for experienced and motivated Solar Installers to join our team and help build the future of clean energy.
Responsibilities
Assemble, install, and maintain commercial and residential rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems
Accurately layout and secure racking, modules, flashing, and related equipment per plan sets
Pull and run electrical wiring, conduit, and perform terminations to code (with electrician support)
Adhere to all safety protocols (OSHA-compliant fall protection, PPE, lockout/tagout)
Maintain clean, organized job sites and work professionally around other trades
Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and inspectors to complete projects safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of solar installation experience (required)
Proficiency with racking layout, mechanical assembly, and conduit runs on flat roofs and structural steel
Strong understanding of jobsite safety and use of hand/power tools
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and work outdoors in varying weather
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification (required or able to obtain within 30 days)
NABCEP certification is a plus
