Up to $24/hr DOE Position Summary The Manufacturing Data Specialist is essential in enhancing the efficiency of our engineering and production teams. You will ensure the precision of manufacturing data in SAP, acting as a key liaison within engineering, planning, operations, and supply chain to uphold data integrity and foster streamlined manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities SAP & Master Data Management

Create and maintain

Bills of Material (BOMs)

and routing data in SAP. Conduct regular audits to guarantee data integrity across the system. Manage Engineering Change (EC) processes and update SAP records as necessary. Generate insightful reports to assist engineering and operations decision-making.

Engineering Change & Documentation Control

Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) through established change management workflows. Maintain accurate records of technical drawings, specifications, and revision histories. Organize and archive engineering documentation according to company standards.

Administrative & Process Support

Prepare purchase requisitions for tools, equipment, and engineering supplies. Support continuous improvement initiatives by collecting and analyzing relevant data.

Required Qualifications At least 2 years of SAP experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with

BOM and routing creation/maintenance. Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing terminology and processes. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting engineering teams directly. Familiarity with engineering change control and documentation workflows. Understanding of production planning and inventory management. Ability to interpret and manage technical drawings and specifications.
