As a Senior Account Operations Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving client issues across a range of accounts, from straightforward to more complex scenarios. Your role involves collaborating with auction teams and various stakeholders to ensure a seamless operation.
Deliver outstanding customer service by swiftly addressing inquiries and concerns related to vehicle condition and discrepancies, while fostering positive relationships with both internal and external partners.
Coordinate the sale vehicle run processes, maintaining direct communication with other auction departments to guarantee the appropriate movement and organization of client inventory, as well as the timely completion of reconditioning services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, thoroughly examining vehicles in the sales lineup to uphold standards and quality. Generate estimates for reconditioning services aimed at enhancing vehicle value, and oversee and approve these services. Conduct condition report and imaging audits to mitigate the risk of policy loss and goodwill expenses.
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of condition report data and vehicle inspection processes to identify past repairs, including paintwork, auto body repairs, frame damage, and more.
Serve as an educator and liaison for clients, providing insights into auction processes while recommending and upselling Manheim/CAI products and services tailored to client needs.
Exhibit strong prioritization skills and professionalism in client dealings, ensuring prompt, professional resolution of issues. Additionally, you may coordinate redemptions while ensuring proper documentation, compliance with PII policies, and the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Maintain strict adherence to Cox standards and guidelines concerning reconditioning services, ensuring consistent quality and accuracy per client SLA standards.
Possess proficient knowledge of NAAA guidelines to ensure proper vehicle announcement placement.
Be comfortable using various computer software, including Microsoft Office applications and other internal business platforms.
Commit to a culture of safety by following all health and safety procedures and actively participating in safety initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED and at least 3 years of experience in a related field.
Alternatively, consider candidates with any level of degree or certification in a relevant discipline or 5 years of related work experience.
A valid driver's license is required for safe driving.
Preferred Qualifications:
Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Strong knowledge of condition report data and vehicle inspection processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to operate vehicles with both standard and automatic transmissions.
