As a Valet Service Associate, your role involves greeting guests with warmth, parking and retrieving vehicles efficiently and safely, and assisting with luggage. You will create positive impressions through professional demeanor and attention to detail. Essential Functions: Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, and consistently greet them with a smile. Park and retrieve vehicles while ensuring safety and efficiency. Assist guests with their luggage and provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions. Explain parking procedures and rates clearly while maintaining accurate records of vehicle status. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED. Required Licensure: Valid driver's license required. Experience: At least one month of relevant experience or equivalent training. Skills: Strong customer service focus, ability to read and write English, and basic math skills. Working Conditions:
This job will mainly be performed outdoors, subjecting you to various weather conditions, and requiring physical stamina and agility.
