We offer competitive hourly pay, with the base rate for this position being $15.50 per hour plus tips. Actual compensation will be based on your skills, experience, education, or training. Work Schedule:

The work schedule for this position is 2pm-10pm, overnight, on-call shifts. Benefits:

As a Valet Service Associate, you'll provide exceptional hospitality services in a friendly and efficient manner. Your responsibilities include parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and safely, as well as assisting guests with their luggage during arrival and departure. Essential Functions: Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and co-workers. Greet guests warmly within five feet and use their names during interactions. (25% of time) Welcome guests with the daily salutation and practice proper phone etiquette. Position yourself in designated areas when not completing tasks. (10% of time) Park and retrieve vehicles cautiously and assist guests with bell services and luggage storage when needed. (20% of time) Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. (10% of time) Explain parking rates and procedures upon guest arrival and maintain accurate documentation of vehicle information and guest interactions. (35% of time) Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Must have a valid driver's license for the state you are working in or be able to commute to that state. One month of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of customer service principles. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal. Basic arithmetic skills for handling cash and calculations. Ability to operate manual transmissions and perform parallel parking is highly desirable. Working Conditions & Physical Demands: This position requires regular communication and interaction with guests. Physical tasks include standing or sitting for long periods, running, walking, and lifting objects. The role requires exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and the ability to work outdoors for extended periods, exposed to various weather conditions. Travel:

Minimal travel may be required.
