The Campus Services Group (CSG) is seeking a dedicated School Cleaner to help create and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our educational facilities. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that both students and staff can thrive in a well-kept space. Ask your interviewer for details. *Not available in AR. Key Responsibilities Carry out janitorial and cleaning duties within assigned areas to meet high-quality standards and safety procedures. Utilize protective gear for all cleaning tasks. Complete cleaning tasks within the set timelines. Inform supervisors about equipment needs or any issues with cleaning supplies. Dust mop and damp mop floors in classrooms and common areas. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, classrooms, and shared spaces. Manage waste disposal by removing trash and emptying wastebaskets. Respond quickly to alerts from the paging system and customer requests. Adhere to infection control protocols to sustain a sanitary environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous cleaning experience in a school setting is preferred. Ability to follow both oral and written instructions. Willingness to consistently perform routine tasks. Ability to work independently after completing training. Punctuality and reliability for scheduled shifts are essential. Must be able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours daily. Able to lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 pounds. Must be comfortable working around food and different cleaning agents.
