Elkhorn, WI Shift:
Sunday-Thursday from 10:00pm-6:15am At
Pregis , we're passionate about protecting what matters. Join our team as a
Converting Operator - Tier One
and play a hands-on role in producing high-quality packaging products in a safe, efficient, and team-oriented environment. What You'll Do: Operate converting machines with safety and quality top of mind
Inspect materials visually and physically to ensure top quality standards
Meet production performance targets
Complete quality audits and record findings
Label, pack, and palletize finished products
Accurately input production data
Assist with inventory and production materials
Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S participation)
Communicate effectively with teammates across shifts
Support coworkers and contribute to a collaborative team environment
You'll Succeed If You:
Have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Are comfortable using basic math and computers
Can lift, bend, twist, push, or pull as needed
Can be on your feet for long periods
Are dependable and a team player
Have reliable transportation
Are able and willing to work overtime when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
3+ years of steady work history preferred
