This role is vital for ensuring the delivery of patient-centered, coordinated care within our organization. The Chief Medical Executive will: Supervise the hiring and onboarding of clinical staff. Monitor provider productivity and ensure that quality metrics are consistently met. Oversee patient safety initiatives and enhance overall service quality. Develop and approve essential medical policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards. Champion innovative practices in clinical care delivery. Deliver primary medical services as needed. Foster a cohesive, collaborative clinical environment. Requirements for this position include: A medical degree, completion of residency, and current licensure to practice. A graduate-level degree in business, administration, public health, or information technology is strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in primary care, emphasizing service to culturally diverse and underserved populations. At least 3 years of experience in a medical director or team supervising role. Demonstrated leadership and excellent communication skills. Strong analytical abilities and an understanding of the financial aspects of healthcare. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
