As the CME, you will lead the development and execution of evidence-based clinical protocols aimed at improving health outcomes for the communities we serve. Your responsibilities will include overseeing clinical quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence within our organization. As a key member of the executive team, you will be actively involved in strategic planning and engage with the Board of Directors and the larger health professional community. We are looking for candidates who are licensed MD, DO, or NP and in good standing, with board certification in a relevant specialty for MDs and DOs. A minimum of 5 years of clinical leadership experience is essential, preferably within a community health center, alongside advanced degrees in public health, healthcare administration, or business administration. The ideal candidate will exhibit a proven track record in executive and strategic leadership, while fostering a culture of quality, compliance, and continual improvement.
