Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sourcing
reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition. This position is vital for identifying and attracting top talent to support our continued growth. Your Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing:
Proactively utilize various methods such as online databases, social media, and professional networks to find both active and passive candidates. Candidate Outreach & Engagement:
Engage potential candidates through emails and calls, and manage the scheduling of interviews and appointments. Screening & Assessment:
Review resumes and profile qualifications to ensure the best fit for our open positions, coordinating all related logistics. Onboarding:
Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires at our Corporate HQ in Deerfield, IL. Candidate Tracking:
Maintain detailed candidate records and progress through our applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate documentation. Travel Coordination:
Arrange travel for candidates and handle reimbursement processes efficiently. Reporting & Data Management:
Generate recruitment reports, manage metrics, and oversee vendor documentation. What You Need: Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of recruitment/human resources experience. 3+ years of proven experience in a sourcing specialist role or similar talent acquisition position. Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search and social media. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, with a preference for UltiPro (UKG). Remote/Hybrid working available within a reasonable commuting distance from Deerfield, IL. Excellent communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
