Key Highlights & Job Duties
Participate in discussion and share ideas for delivering more value to clients, improving the client experience, and increasing team efficiency.
Be a first point of contact for clients as they call in with questions and operational needs.
Implement account openings, money movement, and various paperwork items for clients
Maintain and organize client details in several software systems such as Schwab Advisor Center, Redtail, Albridge OneView, MindJet Mindmanager, and eMoney Advisor
Serve as Executive Assistant to 2 lead advisors
Desired Qualifications and Characteristics
At least 4 years of operations for a financial advisor, financial planner, or wealth management team
Possess a “no task is beneath me attitude”
Exhibit superior problem-solving skills and ability to sometimes complete projects with minimal guidance/assistance
Embody strong initiative and desire to identify and implement projects that would benefit the team
Possess ability to seamlessly switch between client servicing, team management and operations work
Intellectually curious and a quick learner.
