In close collaboration with our Chief of Staff and Chief Executive Officer, the CMO will play an essential role within the Executive and Medical Staff teams. As the primary physician liaison to the Board of Trustees and the broader community, you will cultivate trust-based relationships among the Medical Staff leadership, Executive Team, and Board Trustees. The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative environment across hospital personnel and physicians while driving clinical improvements informed by current national health trends and data analysis. We seek a motivated physician leader with a strong customer and patient focus, who can navigate ambiguous settings to make informed recommendations. Strong relationship-building skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholder interests are crucial. A background in program development, medical staff affairs, and quality enhancement is required. To qualify, candidates must possess an MD or DO, be board certified, and either hold or be eligible for a current state medical license and medical staff privileges.
