We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician with expertise in spackling, painting, and drywall to join our team. The ideal candidate will conduct regular inspections of properties, address maintenance issues promptly, and perform a variety of hands-on tasks to ensure the property remains in excellent condition. Responsibilities: • Conduct routine property inspections and address maintenance issues proactively. • Perform drywall patching, repairs, spackling, and finishing. • Carry out light demolition, carpet removal, and trash removal as needed. • Replace lighting fixtures and perform minor electrical repairs. • Handle painting, caulking, and surface preparation for various property areas. • Investigate and resolve plumbing leaks and minor plumbing issues. • Repair doors, hardware, and related components. • Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers. • Collaborate closely with property managers to fulfill work orders efficiently. Qualifications: • Proficiency in spackling, painting, and drywall repair is required. • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. • Knowledge of home maintenance practices and general repairs. • Prior maintenance experience preferred. • Authorization to work in the U.S. • Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with tenants and colleagues. Compensation: $20 - $26 hourly
