Responsibilities Communicate with both policyholders and agency partners Handle claims that require investigation, lost time benefits, surgery, litigation, and negotiation of settlements. Provide quality claims handling and mitigate exposure on claims. Investigates assigned claims to determine compensation to aid in prompt administration of benefits. Review and process bills in a timely manner. Respond to incoming calls and emails from employers, medical providers and any parties involved in the claim. Update claim status reports. Work with attorneys to manage legal setting, filings etc.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience Great attention to detail Ability to communicate with supervisor and peers
