We are seeking a detail-oriented
Post Wave Inspection Operator
to join our electronics manufacturing team. This role is responsible for inspecting printed circuit boards (PCBs) after the wave soldering process to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in PCB inspection, basic soldering skills, and a strong commitment to quality. Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Overtime may be required) Employment Type:
Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Perform visual inspections of PCBs using magnification tools to identify soldering defects
Conduct touch-up soldering and basic rework as needed
Verify component placement, , and polarity against assembly documentation
Document inspection results and report recurring quality issues
Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 Class II or III standards
Collaborate with wave solder operators and quality technicians to resolve process issues
Follow ESD handling procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1–2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or PCB inspection
Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards (certification )
Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, BOMs, and work instructions
Basic soldering and rework skills
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
Effective communication and teamwork skills
