Quality Assurance Specialist III
to join our team. This role provides both technical and administrative support to ensure the effective implementation of quality assurance and quality control practices across large-scale programs and projects. The position is key in monitoring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), supporting best practices, and ensuring projects meet established performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: QA/QC and Program Support Monitor compliance with SOPs and performance standards. Assist in identifying gaps in QA/QC processes and support corrective actions. Document field observations, track non-conformances, and follow up on compliance issues. Provide technical support for program assessments and Lessons Learned initiatives. Lead workshops on SOPs, best practices, and performance metrics. Reporting and Documentation Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate logs, databases, and documentation for QA/QC processes. Ensure all required data and documentation are properly tracked and updated. Administrative and Coordination Functions Provide administrative support for the QA/QC Department. Draft meeting agendas, take accurate meeting minutes, and distribute materials. Develop spreadsheets, presentations, and reporting tools. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, design professionals, and auditors. Additional Responsibilities Support special projects and technical assignments as directed. Assist in preparing materials for executive teams, auditors, and stakeholders. Perform other duties to ensure successful QA/QC program delivery. Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of administrative support experience. Bachelor's degree (4-year college degree). Strong communication, organizational, and information management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF. Experience with meeting minutes, spreadsheets, document organization, and electronic filing. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with poise, tact, and diplomacy. Preferred Qualifications: Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience. Background in architecture or construction. Experience with audits and compliance monitoring.
