We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience working on an assembly line and possess mechanical knowledge to effectively contribute to the production process. This role involves assembling components using hand tools and power tools while ensuring quality standards are met.
This is a 2nd shift position (4: 30pm to 2: 00am)
Must be flexible to work 9-10 hour days if needed, NO Sundays.
$15.50/hr, we pay weekly

Duties:
o Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and quality.
o Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during the assembly process.
o Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
o Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
o Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
o Assist in training new employees on assembly techniques and safety practices.
Requirements:
o Previous factory or warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in a manufacturing environment.
o Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
o Familiarity with assembly line processes and techniques.
o Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely.
o Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently as well as part of a team.
o Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
o Able to lift up to 50lbs throughout shift including stand, bend, reach, and squat.
o Excellent attendance record
