• Location: Plymouth, MA 02360 (Massachusetts healthcare jobs)
• Assignment Type: Travel nursing contract
• Start Date: November 3, 2025
• End Date: January 31, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour days; every other weekend and holiday coverage required
• Hours: 36 hours per week (guaranteed 72 hours biweekly)
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2,700–$2,770
• Setting: Hospital-wide nursing services

RN Supervisor Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
• Minimum 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience
• At least 2 years of nurse leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records (EMR)
• Must be separated from BILH for at least 6 months to be eligible

RN Supervisor Responsibilities

• Supervise all hospital units and nursing services during assigned shifts
• Provide leadership, support, and guidance to nursing staff and clinical teams
• Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate staffing, manage healthcare resources, and resolve operational issues
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in hospital-wide initiatives and quality improvement programs
