RN Supervisor Job Details

- Assignment Type: Locum Tenens (Travel Nursing Contract)

- End Date: January 17, 2026
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), Friday and Saturday nights only (2 shifts per week)
- Guaranteed Hours: 24 hours per week
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2700-$2770
- Float Requirement: Not required
RN Supervisor Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts (required at time of application)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a nursing supervisor or RN house supervisor
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- If previously employed by BILH health system (permanent, per diem, or travel), must have a 6-month separation
RN Supervisor Responsibilities
- Oversee bed management and patient flow for optimal clinical operations
- Coordinate staffing and serve as a resource nurse for clinical staff
- Act as the RN house supervisor during assigned night shifts
- Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and compliance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance hospital operations
