RN Job Details

• Position Type: Travel Registered Nurse (Travel RN)
• Healthcare Setting: Long Term Care (LTC) Facility
• Location: Marlinton, West Virginia 24954
• Start Date: September 29, 2025
• End Date: December 21, 2025
• Assignment Duration: 12 weeks
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts (08:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2070 - $2220 per week
• On Call: As per management schedule

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience, preferably in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Flexibility to participate in on-call rotation as needed

RN Responsibilities – Long Term Care

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status and progress
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate and support residents and their families regarding care and health management
• Participate in on-call duties as scheduled by management
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state, and federal healthcare regulations
