About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join their team. The CMO will be responsible for leading and supervising healthcare providers, ensuring high standards of clinical performance, and driving excellence in care delivery. This executive position requires a minimum of 5 years' clinical leadership experience and a background as a primary care provider. The CMO will be tasked with formulating and communicating medical policies, participating in the development of health risk management protocols, and overseeing the quality assessment and improvement of healthcare programs. Additionally, the CMO will serve as a liaison between the medical staff and administration, manage FTCA claims, and be the point of contact for all related activities.
Candidates for the CMO position at the company must have current professional licensure in Pennsylvania (MD, DO, CRNP) and certification by a nationally accredited organization.
