Job Summary Lead the floor with style and service.
As a Dining/Bar Supervisor at Paddlefish, you will oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service, satisfied guests, and a motivated team. You’ll help execute events, coordinate floor service, and support staff in delivering the Levy standard of hospitality. Qualifications
1–3 years of foodservice or hospitality experience
Familiarity with POS systems and service standards
Food Handler’s and Responsible Alcohol Service certifications preferred
Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout a shift
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support service staff during shifts
Ensure all food and beverages are properly served and maintained
Manage setup, execution, and breakdown of service stations
Uphold safety and sanitation practices
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
