Job Summary Support the service. Enhance the experience.
As a Server Assistant at Paddlefish, you will play a vital support role in delivering seamless guest service. You’ll reset tables, refill water, run food, and assist servers to ensure the dining room runs smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Required Friday through Sunday Availability
Ability to lift and carry trays and service items up to 50 lbs
Understanding of sanitation and food safety guidelines
Ability to remain on feet for long periods
Key Responsibilities
Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
Assist servers with water refills, food running, and guest requests
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and service stations
Support team members to ensure timely service and table readiness
Follow safety and sanitation protocols at all times
