Location: Deerfield Beach, FL 33442
Duration: 3+ Months (Temp to Hire)

Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm & Rotating Saturday 7 am - 11 am

Overview:
Seeking a Patient Services Representative I (Phlebotomist) . This role involves drawing blood, preparing specimens, and providing excellent patient service in a professional and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality blood draws (clinical & forensic).
• Ensure accurate specimen handling and documentation.
• Deliver patient-focused service while explaining procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Phlebotomy certification (Preferred; Required in CA, NV, WA).
• Medical assistant or paramedic training (Preferred).
• 6+ months phlebotomy experience required; 1+ year preferred.
• Experience with pediatric & geriatric patients a plus.
• Strong customer service and data entry skills.
• Must live within 20-25 minutes of Clermont site (list city + commute time on resume).
• Personal, reliable transportation required (No Uber, Lyft, or public transit).
• Punctuality and full shift attendance are mandatory.

Notes:

• Must be flexible for rotating Saturdays, holidays, overtime, and on-call as needed.
• Pay rate based on verified direct phlebotomy experience only.
